• Marseille

With more than 850,000 inhabitants, Marseille is France's second city, the first French port and the fourth largest in Europe. Marseille is also considered the "world capital of water"; first by its visionary policy in the field of water, with the canal of Marseille, in particular, and second because it hosts the headquarters of the World Water Council since 1996.
