The Forum will be open from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm (excluding evening programming).
We would like to remind you that to access Parc Chanot, you must have settled all your registration fees. See the following list of different sites where you can pick up your badge.
For faster access upon arrival on Monday, we invite you to collect your badge on Sunday 11 March!
If you have not finalised your registration or settled it, we invite you to log on to your Personal Space before midnight on March 8, to complete your registration, which will give you easier access to the Forum. Otherwise, you will have to settle, in the Parc Chanot reception area - Lobby 2, the remaining balance or your total registration fees.
N.B. : Registration site http://www.worldwaterforum6.org/fr/inscription will close Thursday, March 8 at midnight. New registration after this date will ONLY take place on the Parc Chanot site.
If you have finalised your registration and settled the associated fees, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This email will contain your e-badge (online badge) that will allow you to obtain the official badge at the different reception sites described below :
Reminder: To collect your badge, you must provide a valid form of identification and your e-badge. The collection of your badge is strictly personal; it cannot be done by a third party.

Accompanying persons:
We would like to remind you that accompanying persons will not have access to the ceremonies and sessions at the Parc Chanot site, except by registering and paying the entry fees.

Access Instructions:
Specifically, for this day and due to security measures, proof of registration or participation will be required to gain access to the Parc Chanot site. You can access the Forum reception area during the pre-screening carried out by the public safety forces only by presentation of one of the 2 following documents:
NB: If you do not have any of these documents, an external reception area will be set up at the Inter Hotel. The entry is located across from door A10: 25, boulevard Rabatau – 13008 Marseille. Between 7:30 am and 14:00 pm, Monday 12 March only.
Finally, access to the plenary hall of the Palais des Evénements, where the opening ceremony will take place, will only be possible after collecting a name badge, which you can obtain near the plenary hall entrance, upon presentation of your badge and valid identity. As the total capacity of the plenary hall is limited, we will hand out as many badges as the number of available seats permits. A live broadcast of the ceremonies and addresses will be available in the Auditorium (PC 15) of the Palais des Congrès and in the Callelongue room (PC 8) of the Palais des Congrès, for those unable to access to the plenary hall.
Official Forum Buses:
For daily trips from the hotels to Parc Chanot, buses are available for hotels located outside of Marseille as well as hotels in Marseille that are under serviced. Schedules are available in the reception areas of specific hotels in the list below:
