Meeting and discussion with the representatives of the Alternative Forum

The meeting took place at the Pavilion of France, in the presence of Emmanuel Poilane, director of the Fondation France Liberté, Jean-Luc Touly, member of the Scientific Council of Attac, Laurent Chabert d'Hyeres, President of the Water Coalition - Effect butterfly. Also present were Henry BEGORRE, President of the French Water Partnership (FWP), Jean-Paul Lecompte, Managing Director of PFE, André Flajolet, Co-coordinator of the parliamentary process for the Political Committee of the 6th World Water Forum. Maude Barlow, chair of the Council of Canadians occurred as part of a parallel conference on "Implementing the Right to Water and Sanitation".
