2 French cities sign the Istanbul Water Consensus

Angers (Pays de la Loire) and Bourges (Centre) signed the Istanbul Water Consensus on September 13th, in Angers, on the occasion of a meeting in Loire-Bretagne on the Institutional Cooperation.
