New: Special fare for the young professionals
The 6th World Water Forum strives to open its activities to all water stakeholders. To promote the mobilisation and the participation of the young professionals, the International Forum Committee – through the Grassroots & Citizenship Commission – and Projection network have established a concerted actions program, including a “Young Professionals Package” and a specific registration rate for young professionals aged 25+ from 2 to 10 years of experience. This rate – an intermediary rate between the one granted to students/under age 25 and the one to non-OECD/developed countries participants – will contribute in a significant manner to reducing the overall cost of the package, and will guarantee access to the largest number possible.
Today’s young professionals are the indispensable and strategic craftsmen of tomorrow’s water sector. Making their participation in the 6th World Water Forum easier will contribute to guaranteeing the implementation over the mid/long term of different solutions and recommendations which will emerge in Marseille.
