Water multi-use management for a region, an example : the Durance Valley

Since Antiquity, the Durance Valley has acquired a great experiment in the management of the water. Moreover, this life source is also the first energy resource. How to make benefit these assets and to take into account the new challenges with the climate warming and the demographic pressure? This conference treats also the opportunities of knowledge transfer of the Valley of the Durance towards the Mediterranean circumference on the water management, techniques for save it, transport it and desalination.
