Belgian emergency solution for drinking water system

The District Water Company of Liège (CILE) has for the last two years counted on spring can water production plant. If there is a network breakdown preventing users from accessing water from the tap, the plant comes online without delay. This underexploited plant functions only 2 or 3 times a year. The Belgian society proposes this stopgap solution (at cost price) in neighbouring areas.
