The mobilisation of Ministers, parliamentarians, local and regional authorities is a key pillar of the 6th World Water Forum. This conference aims to highlight the ability of the political process as a catalyst for policy makers to implement the Istanbul Consensus, the Office of Parliamentary Assistant, Ministerial Declaration, which will guide the way to Marseille and beyond.
