World Youth Parliament for Water: Register!
Are you between 18 and 23 years old? You can participate in the World Youth Parliament for Water in Marseille, on March 14th, 2012. Registration is open until September 16.
The aim of the Youth Parliament is to enable the young people to share their solutions for water, encourage youth participation in the World Water Forum's debates and start new initiatives and projects. Young people will be invited to tackle issues linked with the topics of the Forum; all these issues should be investigated and discussed in order to provide proposals and solutions that might feed the 6th World Water Forum's process.
Preparatory meetings will be held November 7 to 9, 2011, in Douai (Nord-Pas de Calais, France) and March 10, 2012, in Aix-en-Provence (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France).
The Youth Parliament is part of the Forum Major Groups Initiatives, implemented by the local commission “Grassroots and Citizenship”.
