Water Basin Management Pact – International Call

In the framework of the European preparatory process for the 6^th World Water Forum in Marseille, March 2012, the RIOB network calls all water basin representatives, from all regions of the world, to join forces and sign this Pact for an improved integrated management of national and transboundary basins, in order to better address today’s earth challenges.
