The Village of Solutions
The Village of Solutions seeks to raise participants’ awareness through exhibits and special events in an enjoyable and educational way. The 4,000 m² village will be built to reveal all kinds of potential water solutions within the village’s school, library, town hall, factory and bank.
In the Library, or Pavilion of Knowledge, visitors can find out about global water issues and discover science-related solutions, research, information resources, case studies and best practice sharing. The Agora, both town square and coffee shop, is a meeting place for friendly and informal discussions, with all kinds of solutions showcased on large screens. The Factory, or Pavilion of Technology, will illustrate technical, industrial and “machine-object” solutions and will have a timeline mural. The Bank, or Pavilion of Finance, will unveil different funding mechanisms for addressing many water issues around the world.
The School, or Pavilion of Education, is probably one of the most amazing rooms, decorated with white tulle and mirrors, with its labyrinth of information displaying educational solutions and solutions that encourage responsible water use.
The Town Hall, or Pavilion of Policy, will showcase political solutions with water and democracy at their heart.
On the outskirts, the solutions of the Slum module will also be open to visitors.
Arid Zones and Desertification Area
Animation of a Drylands & Oasis space open to the public. Special focus on Mediterranean and Sahelian areas. Design and construction of a space under a Saharan tent; exhibits and film screenings; organizing debates and reports. Development of specific activities for educational purposes: Quiz, Green Citizen’s Passport to promote an itinerary…

SHOW O MAMA O
Spectacle aquamusical pour tout-petits (de 6 mois à 5 ans) – Durée : 25 minutes.Au travers du voyage rêvé d'un petit poisson-savon qui s'échappe par le tuyau de la baignoire pour plonger dans le ruisseau et finir dans le roulis d'une vague qui le jette sur la plage, c'est de l'eau qu'il s'agit. L'eau dans tous ses états...De l'eau du bain à l'eau qui tombe du ciel en passant par l'eau des mers et des océans. Il s'agit de goûter ensemble aux instants de sérénité mais aussi aux multiples émotions et sensations que peut procurer cet élément naturel, tour à tour familier et mystérieux.. Des émotions et des sensations accompagnées par des chansons.

SHOW "ODALO"
Spectacle de théâtre jeune public (5-12 ans) – Durée : 45 minutes.
Odalo est l’histoire de deux personnages burlesques : Mr Od, paysan de Provence et Mr Alo, guide touristique à Tuvalu (perle du pacifique). Ces deux êtres sont confrontés à des aventures communes sur un ton humoristique. Elles les amènent à réfléchir sur l’avenir de l’humain et à modifier leurs comportements pour la survie de l’espèce. L’eau est au centre de leurs préoccupations et, petit à petit, ils vont mesurer la préciosité de cette ressource naturelle qu’il faut préserver.
